Yoga & Pregnancy Yoga


Vinyasa flow yoga is a style of yoga which each movement is synchronised to the breath, the breath then gives you an anchor to the following pose.
Each asana / pose runs smoothly into the next, with a basic level of fitness needed. The Vinyasa flow will take you through a series of sun salutations and will end with a relaxation.
