Sports Conditioning

Sports Conditioning is a rehab and general conditioning class focusing on functional exercises to strengthen and mobilise your body. Exercises will specifically target muscle groups on movements needed to stabilise the body to help treat and reduce injury risk. Exercises will also focus on control and mobility needed to improve running technique and other sport specific movement patterns.  Ideal for those athletes out  there looking for something different over the winter months to prepare your body for next season.
