Reformer & Equiptment Pilates

Pilates Studio equipment including reformers are a great way to strengthen and tone your body if you want to see results in as short a time as possible.  Our combined expertise in Pilates and injury rehabilitation  makes the pilates equipment also beneficial for those who need more individual attention for either injury rehabilitation or want to improve on specific sporting performance and is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.


Reformers are Pilates machines with built in spring resistance designed to progressively work and condition your body to make your mat based exercises more challenging and exciting.  The resistance created by the spring systems provides support but also challenges your core strength, stability and endurance.   Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, combined with additional equipment to create all kinds of fun and challenging variations for your whole body  to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance.

Injury Rehabilitation

Due to the equipment's versatility this provides the ultimate platform for injury rehabilitation.  Whether you are  recovering from an injury or operation, or need to improve on strength and flexibility to prevent future injury, we can adapt wide a range of exercises and tailor to your specific needs according to the type, level and stage of the injury, rehabilitation or sporting need.  

Initial Consultation

For both mat and equipment Pilates session we require you to attend an initial consultation is to discuss your health background, injuries, and what you want to achieve. (unless you already attend one of our mat Pilates classes). During these sessions we also conduct a full clinical examination to assess your suitability and identity and postural, muscular and flexibility imbalances.  This way we can tailor your Pilates sessions specifically to your need.  We will then also introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and some basic exercises for posture and pelvic floor control.

Initial Consultation:  £25  (45 minutes)



Reformer Classes:

Pay As You Go= £16

5 Session(Used in 7 weeks)= £75

10 Sessions (Used in 13 weeks) £142.50


Private Equipment Sessions

Private 1:1 = £48

Semi Private  = £28.50 Per Person
