A group exercise class to keep you motivated, have fun, work up a sweat and get you fighting fit! The class is suitable for all exercise levels and is a combination of indoor and outdoor activity weather dependent. Sessions vary each week, including cardio, strength, flexibility exercises and group games. So whether you are a beginner or experienced, your goal is to lose weight, strengthen muscles and tone up, train for an event or just have fun and meet new people come and give it a try. Great if you like to socialise as well.

Here your body will be encouraged to move the way it should do! Correct functional movement patterns are key to early development but as adults we often loose these patterns which can result in injury or reduced performance. Primal training looks and how the body should move using body weight, resistance training, Sub-maximal plyos, speed, skill, co-ordination and core exercises to strengthen and condition the body, whilst also focusing on dynamic mobility which is often overlooked but essential for any strength training program. This class combines strength and conditioning, injury prevention and performance enhancement approach developed by our own sports therapists and sports scientists.
TRX & Kettle bells
Suspension training combined with kettlebells will build your core strength, stability and functional mobility, all in one workout. This class gives you a full body strengthening and toning experience which really kicks you into the weekend! A vibrant and energetic class!
An invigorating 30 minute high intensity interval training class or HIIT. You work hard through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods to kick your metabolism into overdrive. Great for shredding the pounds as you carry on burning calories long after you finish a workout.
Abs & Core
This 30 minute blast will focus on strengthening and toning your stomach muscles and core which are the foundation of your bodies strength.
Punch and jab your way to a fitter and leaner body shape while testing your muscular strength, endurance and speed. Circuit based class uses boxing and a variety of body weight exercises.
Stretch, Roll & Release
Recovery is just as important as training, therefore this class is designed to aid recovery, reduce injury risk and improve flexibility using stretching, foam rolling and self-massage techniques. This class is suitable for runners, cyclists, gym users etc
Fitness Pilates is a whole body workout that encourages better postural alignment and core stability, whilst improving flexibility, mobility, balance, co-ordination and stamina and compliments any sporting training plan. The class is designed to be a fitness class for healthy, injury free adults, unlike our rehabilitation and clinical pilates classes where you can be monitored more specifically.
Clinical Pilates is a form of pilates that has been modified by physiotherapists for the purpose of rehabilitation. It focuses on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. See Clinical Pilates for more info.
Sport Pilates & Conditioning
Sport Pilates and conditioning is a pilates based class that incorporates the key concepts of pilates; core stability, balance, co-ordination, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. It will cover key exercises that improve functional movement patterns involved in running, cycling and overhead shoulder stability. The class is modified Using pilates, prehab, strength and conditioning, and body weight exercises, designed to mimic and strengthen sport specific movements important to athletes. Stretching, foam rolling and mobility exercises also makes it beneficial to most athletes as an additional winter conditioning program.
Yoga is a healing system of theory and practice. The purpose of yoga is to create strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. A gentle, relaxing class to Improve general wellbeing, flexibility, mobility and strength whilst relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.
