Boot Camp is a group based exercise class that is designed to be a fun and friendly way to exercise and get fit. Sessions are run by a qualified and experienced personal trainer as exercising safely is important to avoid injury. Therefore the expertise and knowledge of our trainer makes the sessions suitable for men and women of all age and fitness ability.
Sessions vary each week, including cardio, strength, flexibility exercises and group games. So whether yo are a beginner or or experienced, your goal is to lose weight, strengthen muscles and tone up, train for an event or just have fun and meet new people come and give it a try.
